The Mediterranean Spritz is the art of transforming two ingredients into a true escape to the South. St-Germain on one side, Hysope Mediterranean Tonic Water on the other—and the result in the glass is just like an aperitif by the sea.

Steps

  1. Fill your glass with 4 large ice cubes.
  2. Stir it with a spoon to chill the glass.
  3. Pour 5 cl of St-Germain.
  4. Top with 10 cl of Hysope Mediterranean Tonic Water, then stir .
  5. Gently crush a few fresh basil leaves in the palm of your hand to release their aroma, then place them on the rim along with a slice of lemon.
  6. Serve immediately—with a bottle of Hysope to top up as desired!
