Mezcal Mule

1. Fil a copper mug with ice cubes*. Stir with a barspoon to refresh the glass.
2. Pour into your glass: 4 cl of Herencia de Sanchez Mezcal, 1 cl of lime juice and 2 cl of agave syrup. Stir.
3. Add 10 cl of Hysope Spicy Ginger Beer.
4. Finish your cocktail with a dome of crushed ice, a fresh ginger slice and a pinch of chilli pepper.
5. Serve with a bottle of Hysope Spicy Ginger Beer.

* Hysope's tip:

To make your Mule last longer, place large ice cubes at the base of your glass. Finish with crushed ice only!
