Moscow Mule (Ginger Beer)

1. Fill a copper mug with ice cubes and stir with a barspoon to refresh the glass.
2. Pour in 4 cl of Grey Goose Vodka and 1 cl of lime juice.
3. Add 12 cl of Hysope Spicy Ginger Beer. Stir.
4. Complete with 2 dashes of Angustora bitter.
5. Garnish your cocktail with a dome of crushed ice* and a wedge of lime.
6. Serve with a bottle of Hysope Spicy Ginger Beer.

* Hysope's tip:

Did you know that you can make your own crushed ice ? Simply place ice cubes in a tea towel and break them up using a rolling pin.
